**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**:
Create visually appealing graphics for both print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, banners, social media posts, and web design elements.

Design layouts, select colors, images, and fonts that reflect the brand identity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with project goals.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, error-free, and on-brand.

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

**Editing**:
Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and flow.

Ensure content is aligned with the organization’s tone and style guidelines.

Revise and modify content based on feedback from team members or clients.

Collaborate with content creators to polish written materials, ensuring they are free of errors.

Adapt content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.

**Typing**:
Efficiently type and format a variety of documents including reports, letters, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in typed documents, maintaining high standards for spelling, grammar, and formatting.

Manage document revisions and maintain organized files for easy access and retrieval.

Assist with transcription of recorded content when necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Software Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and typing software. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) is a plus.

**Typing Skills**: Proven ability to type accurately and quickly, with a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

**Attention to Detail**: Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

**Creativity**: Ability to develop unique, visually engaging designs that meet the needs of the target audience.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Collaboration**:Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

**Adaptability**:Ability to adjust design and content based on feedback and project requirements.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a graphic designer, editor, or typist.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital content optimization is a bonus.
