Job Summary:

**Design Creation**:

- Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that align with the brand identity.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design tools and technologies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and development teams, to ensure designs meet project objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to design projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
