**Job Summary**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The main role of the Sales Executive is to build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, promoting and selling our travel insurance products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach travel agencies as potential clients for our travel insurance offerings.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within travel agencies.
- Educate travel agency staff on the benefits and features of our travel insurance products.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and goals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the advantages of our travel insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with travel agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide ongoing support and address any inquiries or issues travel agencies may have.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and achieving results.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers.
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
