Job Title: Production Officer - API Bulk Drugs

Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the API production facility, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for API production and ensure they are followed by all staff.
- Work closely with the Quality Control department to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Research and Development and Supply Chain, to ensure timely delivery of APIs to customers.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and throughput, and implement process improvements to optimize production.
- Ensure the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials used in API production.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in API production in a GMP environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical and biochemical processes used in API production.
- Experience in managing and training production staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
