Handling of unit operation like filtration, drying, granulation, evaporation, vacuum

distillation.

Handling of equipment like continuous belt filter, paddle dryer, compactor, ATFE, RFE,

packed column, funda filter with SOPs.

Familiar with processes like sulfonation and neutralisation.

Monitoring startup and shutdown process to meet production requirement and handling plant

during emergencies.

Packing of finished materials with proper labeling in different variant and hand over to store.

Preparation and maintain of shift report, daily production report.

Ensuring and Maintaining 5S practices in factory premises.

Knowledge About Safety Equipment like SCABA, Fire Extinguishers, First AID kit.

Implementation of Work permit system, LOTO system, HAZOP, HIRA.

Coordinate with engineering for troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.

Assessed safety methods and procedures, determining new ways to promote better workplace

protections.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
