**Experience - Min. 2+ yrs. (tendering/communication skills, Fluent English, Advance excel, Proper mail communication skill)**

**Setting Sales Goals**:Establish sales targets and objectives for the team based on overall business goals.

**Strategic Planning**: Develop effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

**Market Expansion**: Identify new market opportunities and areas for expanding the company’s product offerings.

**Recruitment and Training**:Hire, train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring they understand both the products and the sales techniques needed to succeed.

**Team Motivation**:Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team, ensuring a high level of morale, productivity, and job satisfaction.

**Performance Monitoring**:Set performance metrics and regularly review the team's performance, offering guidance and feedback to ensure objectives are met.

**Conflict Resolution**:Handle conflicts within the team or with clients, ensuring smooth operations and a positive team environment.
