Job Title: Sales Executive (Online)

We are seeking to expand our client base and for this, we need an enthusiastic, motivated, and digitally savvy Sales Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and prospects from various online platforms targeting students, universities, and companies that outsource academic content creation.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate the benefits of our services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into clients by closing sales.
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop efficient methods for handling leads and prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any client issues or concerns promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the academic writing or outsourcing industry.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented personality.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
