**Job Title**: Accounting Process Executive - UK Logistics
**Location**: Zouma
**Department**: Finance & Accounts - Logistics Division
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage customer invoices, freight bills, and related documentation.
- Handle billing and pricing queries in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable transactions.
- Perform timely reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.
- Communicate with UK-based clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for clarifications and updates.
- Ensure adherence to UK accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide regular reporting and assist in audits when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Payable, Invoicing, Billing, or Pricing—preferably in a logistics or UK-based process.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or any ERP system).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a UK logistics accounting process or international accounting environment.
- Familiarity with freight and logistics billing structures and pricing models.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordination across teams and time zones.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and multitask efficiently.
