- **Test Strategy & Framework Design**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks using Tosca.
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and reusable test automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of test strategies with business goals.
- **Automation Implementation**:

- Ensure efficient use of Tosca features, including Model-Based Test Automation (MBTA).
- Establish best practices and standards for Tosca automation across the team.
- **Test Management**:

**Required Certifications**:

- **AS1**: Automation Specialist Level 1
- **AS2**: Automation Specialist Level 2
- **AE1**: Automation Engineer Level 1
- **TDS1**: Test Design Specialist Level 1
- **TDS2**: Test Design Specialist Level 2
- **TA1**: Test Architect Level 1

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on test automation.
- Proven expertise in Tosca test automation.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in API testing and service virtualization.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
