**Year of experience**:12 - 14 years

**Key Skills/responsibilities**:TOSCA certified, minimum 2 years of experience on TOSCA Automation as an Architect
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Automation
- 5 years of experience in test automation using TOSCA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on TOSCA Automation as an Architect
- Configuring server and client components of Tricentis Tosca
- Hands on Experience on any other automation tool (ex: Java/C#/Selenium) based projects
- Certification of TOSCA Test Architect is mandatory
- Develop and implement the overall QA strategy
- Should have designed and implemented best in class automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca
- Excellent Communication with Team leading exp lead/manage a team of min 6 TOSCA Automation resources
- Proven management of escalations around test delivery issues in liaison with the key stakeholders
- Proven delivered effective test management procedures and processes during the test delivery lifecycle
- Experience with Automation using Selenium is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Test Management Tools
- Good knowledge of QA processes and software development life cycle
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (particularly SCRUM).
- Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal communications with the ability to influence others at all levels (client facing, commercially aware, assertiveness, consensus building, and negotiation).
