Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Hyderabad

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing product value and the work of the development teams. NCR uses scaled agile development methods, primarily based on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban. The PO will follow these models and help continually improve processes and methods. The PO will work with Product Management, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive new features to market and improve maintainability of existing products. The PO will have working experience in an agile team environment, will develop stories, and will establish Backlog priorities while introducing new branch solutions.

**Job Description**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help enable new ways for our financial customers to build solutions for their businesses, delivering Omni Channel solutions which allow business transactions to be completed in a dynamic and intelligent fashion.
- Work with the product management team, customers and fellow product owners to x.
- Define the acceptance criteria for all stories
- Review the demo for each story to ensure the greatest business value is achieved.
- Collaborate with the scrum teams to provide guidance that allows them to deliver solutions and capabilities that exceed expectations.
- Work in a scaled agile environment leading and participating in the various ceremonies including the Program Increment planning, sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Overall 9+ years of industry experience.
- 5 years + defining and prioritizing business requirements and working closely with technology teams to ensure they are understood.
- Experience creating and managing Epics and stories using tools such as Jira and Jira Align (AgileCraft).
- 5 years + working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with Retail domain.
- Working experience with large scale teams following SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
