1. Knowledge of matters under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and Court procedures with regards to the same.
2. Reviewing, vetting and drafting various Contracts and Agreements.
3. Drafting of various Legal documents such as, Power of Attorneys, Board Resolutions, Affidavits, Declaration, Legal Notices, Letters to Statutory/Governmental authorities, Reply to Legal Notice, etc.
4. Knowledge of Trademark Laws and handling matters with regards to the same.
5. Knowledge of Legal Metrology Laws and handling matters with regards to the same.
6. Knowledge of Labour Laws and handling matters with regards to the same.
7. Provide Legal advisory to various departments of the Company and draft and vet various Legal documents for them, as and when required.
8. Handle any sort of Legal and/or Compliance related matters of the Company.
9. Reviewing, vetting and drafting of various Contracts and Agreements, such as Rent Agreement, Distributor Agreement, Purchase Agreement, Vendor Agreement, Addendum to existing Agreement and various other Agreements and Contracts for various business verticals of the Company.
10. Knowledge of Factory related Laws and Compliances.
11. Knowledge of Land Laws, Indian Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Labour and Factory related Laws, Civil Procedure Code.
12. Represent the Company before various Court of Law, Tribunal, Judicial/Statutory authorities, various Government/Semi Government departments, etc.
**Qualification required**:
Law graduate (LLB) mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Legal: 10 years (preferred)
