**JOB SUMMARY**
- Identifications, evaluation & selections of best possible property.
- Due diligence of property in terms of paper work.
- Lease execution Timely completion of LSW and prompt possession for Bank’s interior works
- Interior works execution of premises sourced + MB branches in allocated territory

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Timely branch handover
- Timely Sourcing & Conversion of properties within the budgeted rent & area
- Smooth project Handover without any issues with owner and municipal agencies
- Coordination with property consultants, legal advocates, owners
- Coordination with internal clients
- Communication and record with finance department
- Coordination with internal team**E**DUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS*

Bachelor Degree in any specialisation.

**& CERTIFICATIONS**

**RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE**
- 3-5 years of experience in Projects/ Experience in Site Sourcing, Property Documents, Leases & Legal understanding for Site Sourcing

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge of entire documentation required and STD commercial & lease terms
- Knowledge of latest real estate trends incl. competition rentals
- Coordinating with team and developing team sprits.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
