Designation - Relationship Executive/Senior Relationship Executive (NFTE)

Detailed Activities

Deliver monthly Sales Target of Credit Card through Point of Airport
Saturday and Sunday will be working, One weekday off will be given
Work Timings will be as per Airport timings ( 4 am Onwards )
Sourcing as per policy rolled out for higher approval rate
Resolve & handle Customer Queries and Complaints
Ensure adherence with store discipline
Daily timely reporting of numbers

Important Points

Executive need to operate out of point also
Incentive and Reimbursement

Incentive up to 20,000 can be earned on monthly basis on target achievement
No reimbursement
Work Experience

Relevant credit card or retail sales experience
Good communication skills
Ability to read & write in English, knowledge of vernacular language will be preferable

Education:
- Minimum qualification graduate, Fresher’s are welcome with good communication and sales driven.

**Salary**: 25000-3000 in hand

Designation - Relationship Manager (NFTE)

Position Responsibilities
- Key relationship based sourcing of Co-Branded credit cards in the city / region through multiple alliance partnerships with strategic business partners like Tata, Big Bazaar etc
- Sales and Product Mix targets, encompassing the basic numbers as assigned in the business
- Responsible for Backend operation’s team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from Airport
- Managing a team of Team Leaders, Sales Executives & MIS executives for implementing marketing & sales operational activities for achieving sales and product mix targets
- Managing the relationship at the front line stage, at the Kisok at Airport.
- To conduct business within the laid down compliance norms

Skills Sets Required
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Ownership of End to End relationship with Concerned team members involved in overall Business Operations

Relevant Experience in a field (Pl specify field and years)
- 3-5 years of team management experience

Preferred Industry(If any)
- Must have hands on exposure of handling a large team of sales process at Airport

**Salary**: 30000-40000 in hand

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
