Job Profile:
A Team Leader in Inside Sales for HDFC Credit Card process is responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds performance metrics.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving individual and team targets.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and strategies.

2. Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance. 3. Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and process improvements.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

4. Target Achievement:

- Set and communicate sales targets to the team.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits of sales calls and provide constructive feedback for improvement. 6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
