**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Escalation Handling**:

- Serve as the first point of contact on-site for customers raising concerns or complaints related to product quality, finishing, or installation.
- Understand, investigate, and analyze the root cause of the issue and provide clear explanations and solutions to customers.
- Ensure prompt resolution of issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- **Cross Functional Coordination**:

- Liaise between customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Follow up on pending works or rectifications and ensure closures are documented.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed logs of all customer escalations, actions taken, and final resolutions.
- Prepare and share reports with relevant internal teams to track recurring problems and implement systemic improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in site execution, quality inspection, or customer service within the construction industry.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to read technical drawings and identify deviations in workmanship or product use.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/reporting tools preferred).

**Preferred Qualities**:

- A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Capable of multitasking and managing fieldwork alongside customer expectations.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or after-sales role in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
