About the Role:
Nandi Associates is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our civil construction sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Engineer, you will coordinate with project teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.
- Oversee materials, equipment, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections, assess potential risks, and implement safety measures.
- Document daily project activities, progress, and any changes in project scope.
- Resolve technical issues and provide support for on-site construction teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
