**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to Salesforce data.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Support data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration efforts.
- Document business processes and assist in testing and user training.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals during and after migration.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have 2-3 years of experience**working as a **Salesforce Business Analyst.**:

- **Must have a Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- **Familiarity with Salesforce**: Understanding of Salesforce platform, features, and functionalities.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve data issues related to Salesforce solutions and business processes.
- **Knowledge of Business Processes**: Understanding of business workflows and how Salesforce can be used to support them.
- **Experience with Agile methodologies**: Familiarity with Agile project management and development practices.
