Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and reviewing existing processes.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and Salesforce developers to align on project goals.
- Communicate effectively to ensure stakeholders are informed about progress, challenges, and solutions.
Salesforce Customization:
- Work with the Salesforce development team to design and customize Salesforce features (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Provide input on configuration, workflows, and automations to meet business requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality and ensure user requirements are met.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with end-users for approval.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, user stories, use cases, and training materials.
Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions and support for end-users to improve adoption and effective utilization of Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Data Management:
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, migration, and integration align with business objectives.
Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose Salesforce-based solutions to increase efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Salesforce platform functionalities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules).
- Understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities (APIs, middleware).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Background in data migration and tools like Dataloader or MuleSoft.
- Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
