Introduction:
As a Scrum Master your role will be to do whatever it takes to make your Feature Team(s) successful, removing impediments, facilitating meetings and protecting the teams to realise the return on investment which is measured through pace and quality metrics.

What will you be doing?
- Coach the Teams to become self-organised and cross-functional
- Maximise the sustained output and quality of the teams
- Assist the teams to continually improve
- Maintain team’s motivation
- Coach the Product Owners and Teams in Agile values, practices, and rules
- Educate others outside the teams about how the Teams are working
- Remove impediments to the teams’ progress
- Organisational change agent
- Facilitate teams’ meetings
- Act as a servant leader rather than manager
- Communicate the benefits and processes of Agile outside of the immediate delivery team

What we’re looking for:
Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Engineer Graduate with Strong hands on experience in development and playing role of SM
- Should be a Certified SM
- Excellent soft skills with focus on Servant Leadership, Presentation, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Hands on experience and ability to guide development team on technical aspects as required
