Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day cloud kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor order flow, track performance metrics, and resolve operational issues in real-time.
- Support inventory management - including stock updates, procurement assistance, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards within the kitchen.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Provide support in customer service coordination and grievance handling.
- Learn and implement SOPs to maintain consistency across kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts (if required).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Interest in food, hospitality, or operations management will be an added advantage.
