QC Officer in Plastic Manufacturing Industry

Implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Ensure the awareness of customer specific requirements throughout the organization.
- Formulate and Implement of bringing in process efficiency in Quality Assurance department for theorganization.
- Liason with external certifying on matters related to QMS and plan
- External Certification audit compliance, requirements,
- Attend customer audit,Third party audit and conduct internal Audit w.r.t Standard and customerspecific requirements.
- Liasioning with Vendor for Q.A. complaint.
- Lead QMS activities and ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015
- Plan and conduct Internal Quality Audits, Product Audits,Process Audits. Lead to prepare and reviewProcess flow Diagram and control plan.
- Handling of customer complaints.
- Maintaining and improving the departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements ofregulatory authorities, company standard operating procedure (SOP’s)and external and internal customers with respect to quality,service, lead time and cost.
- Maintain a documented QMS to ensure that the product confirms to customer specific requirements.
- Analysis of result of inspection at various stage.
- Conducting training. Ensure the staff are trained on the quality procedure and are implementing the same.
- Calibration of measuring instruments.
- Conduct periodical analysis of the data and advise the management on the quality improvement methods to be adopted.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
