Analysis of Inprocess, Intermediate, Raw Material,Stability and Finished product samples as per approved specification/MoA/Protocol and recording of analytical data into analytical data sheet.

Prepare and standardize the volumetric solution and reagent as per SOP by following the Good Laboratory practices, Good documentation practices during the analysis.

Initiate Laboratory incidents, Out of specification, Out of trend and deviation on its occurrence and participate in the investigation of Lab incident/OOS/OOT/Deviation to find out root cause and form CAPA.

Perform calibration,Verification and Preventive Maintenance of the laboratory instruments as per the schedule and maintain the records.

Maintain the stock of chemicals,Standards and other resources and initiate purchase requests as per requirement.

Ensure housekeeping as per 5S systems and follow good manufacturing practices in the Quality control Lab.

Enrolls for relevant learning/development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower and new joinees.

Perform the task assigned by the Supervisor or Management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs

Up keep laboratory instruments clean and neat and highlight any abnormality to concern the person on its observation.

Maintain stock register for reagents, glass ware, lab chemicals.

Qualification - Bsc / Msc/ Bpharm

Experience - 3 to 5 Years
