**About Us**:
Kaleen is a dynamic brand in Rugs & Broadloom, dedicated to delivering excellence through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a **Junior Marketing Executive** to join our team and contribute to building a strong brand presence across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media management, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Assist in planning and executing brand activations, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably on the brand side or in an agency role.
- Strong understanding of overall brand marketing, with experience in both digital and offline channels.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Ability to collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Organized, with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media management platforms.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in influencer marketing and PR.
- Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Exposure to brand events and activations.
