**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage departmental operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Supervise and support team members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high service standards in line with hotel policies and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency, staff engagement, and service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance the department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, PMS).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
