**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes in compliance with IATF standards and ISO 9001 requirements.**
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential quality issues.
- Participate in supplier quality management activities, including supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on changes to IATF standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and industry best practices, and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Support customer audits and certifications related to quality management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IATF standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification is preferred.
