Quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with computers, networks, telecom, etc.
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (e.g. printers).
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and computer equipment.
- Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware.
- Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
- Establish/maintain good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
- Conduct daily backup operations.
- Manage technical documentation.

**Minimum Education & Work Experience**
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
- 1-5 years experience as an I.T. Technician, computer networks and systems maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
