Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OS, and basic Linux OS.
- Assist users in resolving problems with routers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Reset passwords and help users with password-related problems.
- Assist with software installations, including antivirus, MS Office, VPN, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VPN connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and fix internet buffering and network-related problems.
- Address Windows crashing and system performance issues.
- Resolve audio problems, including microphone issues and Teams not detecting the microphone.
- Troubleshoot Bluetooth-related problems.
- Address WIFI connectivity issues.
- Resolve laptop performance problems and optimize system performance.
- Assist users with screen sharing issues on Teams or Zoom.
- Diagnose and resolve system slowdowns and freezing.
- Address laptops not charging issues and diagnose power-related problems.
- Troubleshoot no boot, no post, and no power issues.
- Assist with Windows activation and licensing-related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel not working properly.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Level Support Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OS, and basic Linux OS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in resolving problems related to Office 365, Active Directory, web Outlook, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with routers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Experience in password management and reset procedures.
- Knowledge of software installation, including antivirus, MS Office, VPN, etc.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
- Understanding of internet buffering and network-related problems.
- Ability to address system performance issues, slow internet connections, and system freezing.
- Knowledge of laptop charging issues and power-related problems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving boot, post, and power-related problems.
- Familiarity with Windows activation and licensing procedures.
- Connecting to Azure AD
- Ability to troubleshoot Excel-related problems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,358.73 per month
