Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for precision and a passion for luxury furniture? If you excel in creating accurate quotations, estimations, and costings for bespoke furniture projects and have experience in procuring premium materials, we have the perfect opportunity for you Join our team as a Cost Estimation Engineer based at our Head Office, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial backbone of our luxurious furniture projects.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement accurate cost estimates and quotations for bespoke furniture projects.
- Source and procure required materials, including marbles and other premium finishes.
- Conduct cost analysis for materials, labor, and overheads to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with project budgets.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all estimates and procurement activities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field).
- Proven experience in cost estimation and procurement, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills. **Proficiency in estimation software and tools.**:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
