DSPL is urgently hiring for a Accounts Executive.
**About Us**

Our India offices are in Vadodara and Hyderabad and provide us with a suite of functions that include web production, marketing, accounting and support. **The Job**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform, review and present Month end/ quarter/year activities related to AP/AR & Inventory module/ Accrual in Sage Accounting Software
- Ensure complete and accurate balance sheet positioning
- Manage the correct reporting of costs and revenues through month end analytical review and understanding the business
- Coordinate with the team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of ledgers, accounts, schedules, documents which will be needed during year end audit.
- Ensure adhere to company processes, controls and policies related to finance.
- Handle Foreign currency invoices and ensure the import documentation is in place for processing the payment via bank portal.
- Handling urgent/ manual payment requests related to tax/vendors.
- Initiate process improvements and work with IT to implement the projects.
- Handling urgent/ manual payment requests related to tax/vendors.
- Handle vendor queries /escalations
**About You**
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced environment preferably in ecommerce
- In depth knowledge about UK / EU accounting
- A professional degree in accountancy, preferably CA
- Experience working with Sage Accounting Software
- Advanced skill in MS Office Suit and other online productivity tools
- Problem solving mindset
- Excellent standard of verbal and written English
