**Responsibilities**:
Are you ready for an **Exciting sales profile **which involves direct interaction with Promoters of the Company?

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Must be able to effectively communicate, sell, focus, learn, and strategize.

The person will be responsible for expanding the business. Development of strategic marketing plan to increase the brand reach in identified areas.

Past experience in handling Any field of sale/the home appliances/ stainless steel business will be preferred.

**Salary**:
Based on experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lal Bagh, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
