**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Managing sales by developing a plan that covers all sales prospects.
- Planned sales goals and Setting individual sales targets and with the sales team.
- Pointing out a properties best features to prospective buyers and answering their queries.
- Scheduling and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Participating in the company's sales strategy.
- Negotiation and maintaining contact with all parties.
- Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.
- Person should have the ability to work in team and maintain good relation with your colleague.
- Must be presentable.
- Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
- Person should be self-motivated.
- Two Wheeler mandatory with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent communication skills in local language
- Any Graduate

Location: Gujarat - Surat/ Valsad/ Navsari

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
