**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Marketplace & Website Listing Management**
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across marketplaces and the company website.
- Upload product details including titles, descriptions, images, videos, pricing, and variations.
- Ensure accuracy in product specifications, diamond/metal attributes, certifications, and size charts.
- Work with the design and content team to improve listing quality and SEO for visibility and conversions.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels across multiple platforms and update availability in real-time.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for stock replenishment and order prioritization.
- Flag slow-moving inventory and propose strategies to improve turnover.

**Label & Order Fulfillment**
- Generate shipping labels using tools like ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central, or marketplace-specific software.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for the timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for domestic and international shipments.

**Platform Integration & Maintenance**
- Use third-party tools (like iJewelPlayground, Shopify apps, ChannelAdvisor, etc.) to streamline multi-channel selling.
- Troubleshoot listing errors and suppressed listings across platforms.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in sync with marketing goals.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on listings, sales, returns, and out-of-stock items.
- Analyze customer feedback and marketplace insights to improve product offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the jewelry category.
- Knowledge of listing processes on **Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shein**, and Shopify.
- Familiarity with **lab-grown and natural diamond** product attributes.
- Experience with label generation and order fulfillment tools.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, product management systems, and inventory tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing large volumes of SKUs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,374.61 - ₹35,103.75 per month
