**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services for substation projects.
- **Project Analysis**: Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to develop accurate and complete estimates.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and requirements.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential risks and opportunities within the estimating process to inform decision-making.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update historical cost data and estimating tools to reflect current market conditions and project learnings.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather **information**:

- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members, fostering professional development.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Only Electrical Engineering**, Construction Management, or a related field
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years in substation or switchyard estimating, with a strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and construction practices.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Primavera, Bluebeam) and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Request to share the Required Profile for shortlisting.
