Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher)

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify and research potential customers in the assigned geographic area.
Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.

**Client Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

**Sales Meetings**:Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

**Sales Quotas**:Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs and market trends.

**Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.

**Training and Development**:Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Stay updated on changes in company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings.

**Customer Service**:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
