**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective execution of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Conduct research and collect relevant data to support project objectives.
- Analyze data and generate reports, presenting findings to project teams or stakeholders as required.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and documentation.
- **Project Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare project-related documents, including proposals, progress reports, and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Generate periodic project reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.

**equirements**:

- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience in project management, preferably in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
