**The Chocochip Story**

Chocochip began with a simple idea; to make it easier for people to discover where to eat and what to eat. What started as a passion for improving everyday dining experiences has grown into an AI solution built for guests, waiters, and restaurants.

With Chocochip’s AI menu assistant, guests can decide exactly what they’ll love; getting instant answers to menu questions and personalized recommendations just by scanning a QR code. For waiters, it lightens the workload, ensuring every guest gets the right suggestion, upsell, or pairing every time.

Behind the scenes, Chocochip turns guest chats and POS data into weekly insights that help restaurants spot trends, fine-tune dishes, and create more engaging menu experiences.

**About the role**

This is a fluid, on-ground GTM role that blends marketing operations, restaurant onboarding, QR procurement and deployment, opportunity discovery, and customer success.

Success looks like getting restaurants live quickly, enabling staff to use Chocochip confidently, and surfacing insights and upsell opportunities from the field.

Ideal for a driven generalist with 1-2 years of experience, strong presentation skills who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, and meeting people.

**What you’ll do**
- Own onboarding to go-live, coordinating menus, assets, and stakeholders.
- Print and deploy QRs with vendors; plan placements and run in-store QC.
- Train managers and waiters; share playbooks, FAQs, and WhatsApp guides.
- Capture objections/requests and relay structured insights to teams.
- Spot upsell placements and menu hotspots to lift AOV and CSAT.
- Manage first 30-60 days post-launch; resolve issues and escalate cleanly.
- Maintain trackers for stages, QR inventory, training, and dates.

**What you’ll bring**
- 0-2 years in field ops/marketing/CS; stellar interns welcome.
- Polished spoken English, strong presentation, and stakeholder handling.
- High reliability and follow-through; clear documentation and updates.
- Organized, action-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple outlets.
- Bonus: F&B/hospitality tech, QR/vendor or store launch experience.

**How we work**

- WFO in Indira Nagar with frequent intra-city field visits.

**Success metrics**
- Time-to-go-live and first-30-day adoption.
- QR deployment accuracy and creative compliance.
- Field insights leading to measurable lifts in menu engagement.
