KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help enable new ways for our financial customers to build solutions for their businesses, delivering Omni Channel solutions which allow business transactions to be completed in a dynamic and intelligent fashion.
- Work with the product management team, customers and fellow product owners to x.
- Define the acceptance criteria for all stories
- Review the demo for each story to ensure the greatest business value is achieved.
- Collaborate with the scrum teams to provide guidance that allows them to deliver solutions and capabilities that exceed expectations.
- Work in a scaled agile environment leading and participating in the various ceremonies including the Program Increment planning, sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions

KEY QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)- Overall 6+ years of industry experience.
- 5 years + defining and prioritizing business requirements and working closely with technology teams to ensure they are understood.
- Experience creating and managing Epics and stories using tools such as Jira and Jira Align (AgileCraft).
- 5 years + working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.- Working knowledge and experience with Banking domain.- Working experience with large scale teams following SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
