**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Designing and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
- Monitoring CCTV’s, network and telecommunication.
- Server maintenance.
- Maintaining back up of company data.
- Clean up of all company PC and Laptops.
- As you will be idle for majority of the day you may be asked to assist in other managerial administrator duties.

**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 2-3 year experience working in IT operations.
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and introducing and implementing IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
