Nextpage IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated Cold Call Executive to join our outbound sales team. This is a **remote, night shift** position, ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle outbound calls with confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in order to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential interest.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working during night shifts to align with international clients.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services is an advantage.

**Shift Timings**:
Night Shift (Exact hours to be discussed during the interview)

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
