**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transcription**: Transcribe dictations from audio recordings into written form, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, format, and proofread various documents including letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Typing**: Type correspondence and other documents from handwritten or digital drafts.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support such as filing, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently.
- **Meeting Support**: Attend meetings to take minutes and provide transcription services.
- **Communication**: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth information flow.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a stenographer or typist. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- **Typing Speed**: Minimum typing speed of 40 to 60 WPM or above
- **Stenography**: Proficiency in stenography and shorthand.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and transcription software.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills. ( English, Punjab and Hindi )
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- **Reliability**: Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- **Professionalism**: Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and able to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,396.91 - ₹30,195.78 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
