FP&A Intern (Internship-cum-Placement Opportunity) Location: Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Duration: 3-6 Months (with Pre-Placement Offer opportunity) Department: Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis. Qualification: MBA students (2nd year preferred) with specialization in Finance. We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented MBA Finance interns to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role offers a pathway to a final placement based on performance and will provide hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities**: Financial Analysis & Reporting - Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate data consolidation. Strategic Planning Support - Analyze financial performance against key business metrics. - Help identify trends, opportunities, and risks based on financial data. Business Modelling & Forecasting - Work on financial models related to cost optimization, ROI, and project evaluation. - Support in scenario planning and cash flow forecasting. Data Management & Tools - Work with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial ERP tools to analyze and present data. - Ensure accuracy in data management and reporting across systems. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. - Good verbal and written communication skills. **Job Type**: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
