**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files/documents
- Support HR and accounting departments with documentation and data entry
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or office support
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: ₹18,266.06 - ₹23,428.05 per month
