**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate OET Trainer to join our team of educators. As an OET Trainer at Britfort, you will play a vital role in helping healthcare professionals achieve success in the OET exam by enhancing their English language proficiency and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct engaging and effective English language training sessions for healthcare professionals preparing for the OET exam.

Develop customized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual students' needs and skill levels.

Provide guidance and strategies for all sections of the OET exam, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Administer practice tests and assignments, review students' work, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.

Focus on improving students' communication skills, particularly in medical and healthcare contexts.

Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters confidence.

Keep up-to-date with OET exam updates, changes in format, content, and scoring criteria, and incorporate these changes into training.

Monitor and track students' progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes collaboration and cultural sensitivity.

Collaborate with fellow trainers and colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.) is advantageous.

Proven experience in English language teaching, preferably with a focus on test preparation or healthcare communication.

Familiarity with the OET exam format, content, and scoring criteria.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit individual learning styles.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Passion for education and a genuine desire to help healthcare professionals succeed.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,003.57 per month
