The OET Trainer will be responsible for providing training to healthcare professionals preparing to take the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer will design and deliver OET preparation courses and materials, as well as assess and provide feedback on students' language proficiency and test-taking skills. The OET Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the OET exam format, standards, and policies, as well as the healthcare industry and its language requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver OET preparation courses and materials to meet the needs of individual and group learners
- Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments to measure student progress and proficiency in English language skills
- Provide feedback to students on their language proficiency and test-taking skills
- Work collaboratively with other trainers and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students
- Monitor and report on student progress and performance, and make recommendations for further training or study
- Stay up-to-date with OET exam format, standards, policies, and healthcare industry language requirements
- Collaborate with the administration team to ensure effective coordination and scheduling of classes and exams
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Conduct OET exam simulations and practice tests for students
- Provide individualized coaching and guidance to students as needed

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹150.00 - ₹170.00 per hour
