**Solution Design**
- Collaborate, with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Create end to end solutions that make use of the capabilities offered by Salesforce.

**Technical Leadership**
- Provide guidance and leadership to development teams.
- Ensure that the Salesforce platform is utilized efficiently to achieve business objectives.

**Customization and Configuration.**
- Perform hands on configuration and customization of Salesforce tailoring it to requirements.
- Develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other technologies provided by Salesforce.

**Integration;**
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Guarantee data. Security during integration processes.

**Best Practices;**
- Stay up to date with the features and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Advocate for enforce adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.

**Documentation;**
- Create documentation of the implemented Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents and configuration details.

**Collaboration;**

Work closely with functional teams such as business analysts, developers, administrators to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

**Qualification;**
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

**Experience;**
- Possess proven experience as a Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce implementation.

**Requirements & Certification;**
- Holding certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect, from Salesforce would be highly desirable.
- Having an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform is crucial. It's also important to have a grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model and its declarative capabilities.
- Being proficient, in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies is highly advantageous.
- Additionally, hands on experience with integrating Salesforce using REST, SOAP and other APIs is valuable.
- Communication and presentation skills are necessary, for conveying information. Lastly being able to work both collaboratively in a paced environment is essential.
