Job Title: Admin Executive
**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: 3-5 years
**Location**: Andheri
Key Responsibilities:
- **Office Administration**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring smooth operations.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments for senior management. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company gatherings.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for important documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- **Invoice and Expense Management**: Assist in processing invoices and manage office expenses within the assigned budget.
- **HR Support**: Assist in onboarding new employees, maintain employee records, and support HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of office services and equipment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure office practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain various office and operational reports as required by the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office management software and tools is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization**: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to troubleshoot administrative issues effectively and efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks and documentation.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic accounting or finance principles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
