
Baker/confectionery Chef

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baker with at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen with basic knowledge of cakes, desserts and bakes along with operating, handling and maintaining the kitchen machines
Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to read and write (Hindi/ English)
Prepare and bake high-quality bakes in accordance with the menu and our recipes.
Lead kitchen staff, manage interchangeable roles and handle workload in challenging hours
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are stored correctly and used efficiently.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.
Adapt to changing seasonal menus
Monitor the quality of food and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Handle any kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally.
Flexible and able to work long shifts (12 hours) with fluctuating timings during peak seasons.
Age Range: 25-35 years
Preferably a Male staff
**Salary**: negotiable (25-30k)
Added perks/ benefits:
Meals would be provided during work hours
Overtime will be compensated
1 holiday per week (mostly fixed, depending on workload adjustable)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
