#Hiring for a Newly set up Bakery and concept kitchen in Gurugram, Haryana. It's a chef-led, Fresh-produce-centric kitchen focusing on natural fermentation and preservation methods with a bakery pushing out best-in-class Breads and Viennoiserie.
**Responsibilities**
- Understand the processes and create Standard Operating Procedures.
- Focus on Hygiene and maintain high standards of cleanliness inside the kitchen.
- Look after ordering, Stock management, and dry store.
- Operate the kitchen equipment safely with responsibility
**Qualifications**
B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) or a Diploma in Bakery & Pastry would be useful.
Skills
- Baking, Sourdough Baking, Viennoiserie, Fermentation, Salads.
