**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions.
- Manage budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategies.
- Assist in managing company financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Support audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a finance or accounting role (number of years based on seniority).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
